Manage LIHTC
Sundance is an owner and third-party fee manager of Low Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) properties in Ohio, Kentucky, Tennessee, and South Carolina. Affordable housing continues to be in short supply and is a viable alternative investment for multifamily investors.
Property Inspections
Sundance can assist with physical inspections of properties for due diligence. Additionally, we can provide referrals to specialized inspectors and contractors for more in-depth analysis.
1031 Exchanges
We have completed and assisted other Owners with Section 1031 Exchanges. We help Owners identify properties for the exchange and provide recommendations for professionals who can handle all aspects of the exchange.
