  • Russell D. Kornman, CEO

    As CEO and co-founder of Sundance Property Management, LLC, Mr. Kornman brings 35 years of real estate and banking experience to the company. He works closely with property owners and banking associates and heads up all real estate acquisitions and transactions. Previously, Mr. Kornman served as President of a regional multi-family investment and management company and was responsible for over 6,000 apartment units nationwide. Mr. Kornman is also licensed in the state of South Carolina as a Licensed Property Manager In Charge.

    Mr. Kornman previously served on the Board of Directors of Sycamore National Bank. In addition, he serves on the board of the Harbor Ridge Condominium Association. He has a Bachelors of Business Administration from the University of Notre Dame and a Masters of Management from Northwestern University.

  • Deborah L. Kitching, President and Controller

    Mrs. Kitching, a co-founder of Sundance Property Management, LLC, is a CPA (inactive) with a Bachelors of Business Administration from St. Norbert College. She has extensive experience in hospital accounting and 23 years of experience in real estate accounting and real estate acquisitions. Mrs. Kitching’s responsibilities include management of all finance, accounting and back office functions as well as management of personnel at Sundance. Mrs. Kitching also serves on the Liberty Township Finance Committee and the Health Insurance Committee.

  • Mark A. Hill, Vice President and Director

    Mr. Hill’s experience includes over 15 years of marketing, brand management and regional sales experience for several national firms in addition to 16 years in property management. He co-founded Sundance Property Management, LLC as an investor and board member in 1993 and today serves as a division director with direct responsibility for several key Sundance properties and special projects. He has extensive experience in the Manufactured Housing segment and at one time managed over 1,000 lots for Sundance. Mr. Hill has a Bachelors of Arts from the University of Dayton.

  • Mark J. Ahern, District Manager

    Mr. Ahern’s property management experience spans over 25 years. As a district manager with a regional multi-family management company, he was responsible for over 1,600 units and was the company manager of a large HVAC department. As a district manager with Sundance Property Management, LLC, Mr. Ahern manages over 1,100 units in a three state area. Additionally he has extensive experience in the rehabbing of both apartment and mobile home communities. He also serves on the board of the Harbor Ridge Condo Association.  He is a graduate of the University of Cincinnati with a Bachelors of Science Business Administration. Mr. Ahern has also completed numerous Apartment Association continuing education courses.

  • Michelle R. Cinnamon Flores, Vice President, Finance

    Ms. Flores joined Sundance Property Management in 2007 and has responsibility for investor and lender relations, administration of all closings, as well as overseeing all real estate tax issues for the corporation. Her experience includes Controller in the hospitality industry and Accounting Manager for a retail operation in Mexico. Ms. Flores has a Bachelor of Business Administration degree and International Option Certificate from the University of Cincinnati.

  • Kimberly Hurd, CAPS, Sr. Vice President of Operations

    Mrs. Hurd, joined Sundance Property Management, LLC in 2018 and brings over 20 years of experience in multifamily housing to the company.  She is responsible for the company’s operational success, strategic planning, management and oversight of all property operations, and ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations.  Previously, Mrs. Hurd served as Vice President of Operations for a private equity firm focused on real estate.  She has also launched a new property management company for a privately owned multifamily construction/development company and served in numerous leadership roles for a privately owned real estate company with a portfolio of over 20,000 units.

    Kimberly currently serves as Secretary on the Board of Directors for the Greater Cincinnati Northern Kentucky Apartment Association. She is active in the National Apartment Association, where she chairs the Marketing and Communication Committee, serves as a Region 3 Delegate and is an NAAEI faculty member.  Most recently, Mrs. Hurd was named 2017 NAAEI Designate of the Year. She earned her Bachelor of Science degree from Franklin College and pursued her Master’s Degree at Indiana University.
