In specific situations, the owner of the property may request additional restrictions including weight, breed, or species. There will be no more than two (2) pets per apartment. No exotic pets will be permitted. Assistance animals will not be considered a pet per Fair Housing guidelines. Please reference local laws and guidelines when requiring documentation to show proof of assistance certification.
