    Sundance has over 100 years of combined multifamily investment, finance and management experience. This experience consists of multifamily, acquisition and disposition, property rehabilitation, property management, mortgage placement, commercial banking and real estate brokerage. Sundance Property Management, LLC, (“Sundance”), has been in the multi-family business since 1993. The President and Chief Executive Officer of Sundance Property Management have been in the multifamily industry since 1986. Sundance currently owns and/or manages over 50 real estate properties, including over 2,700 apartment units and 950 mobile home pads, in four states.

  • Partners

    Sundance Property Management, LLC creates real estate joint ventures/partnerships whose purpose is to produce competitive returns through the purchase of multifamily commercial real estate.

  • Targets

    Sundance seeks multifamily investment opportunities which provide stable cash flows and long term capital appreciation. The properties targeted by the Sundance for acquisition will typically fall in the 50-200 unit range and have purchase prices between $1 million to $8 million.

  • Stabilized Assets

    Sundance targets stabilized assets as well as distressed investment opportunities.

  • Returns

    Sundance strives to provide investors with a gross Internal Rate of Return (IRR) in excess of 15% from cash flows and property dispositions.

  • Strong Network

    In order to meet these objectives, the Sundance will leverage its extensive experience and their diverse network of expertise in multifamily acquisition and property management.

  • Investment Regions

    Sundance will source investment opportunities in the Mid-West (Ohio, Indiana, and Kentucky), Texas and the Southeast primarily, North Carolina, South Carolina and Northern Florida. This enables Sundance to capitalize on management efficiencies with the current property portfolio and also to capitalize on the familiarity with the real estate markets.
